The house is set over 2 floors, has 5 newly decorated bedrooms furnished to a high spec, 2 brand new bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area with a plasma television, washing machine and dryer, two large refrigerators and dishwasher.
This house has a fantastic garden area, great for the summer time! No lounge unfortunately but the kitchen has a good communal dining space.
The property has road parking with permit also.
It is 7 minutes on the 161 bus to North Greenwich Tube station (Zone 2 - Jubilee Line).
It is 1 stop on the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf.
It is 4 stops on the Jubilee line to London Bridge.
In addition it is also a 10-minute walk to Charlton Rail Station and a 5-minute walk to Westcombe Park Train Station (zone 3), both if which will take you straight into London Bridge in 12 minutes.
There is also the N1 Bus (night bus) into central London.
Opposite the house (5mins walk) is the Peninsular Park shopping centre with Asda, Boots, Matalan, Topshop, Sainsbury’s, M&S, two gyms, Argos, New Look, Sports Direct, Decathlon etc.
