Room in house with garden and a michelin chef :)

Sadly I'm leaving my quiet and cosy room in a 2 bedroom house in North Greenwich.

Available to move in anytime from end of February. It's a house so no need to worry about noisy neighbors :)
Bed and wardrobe are included in the room, feel free to bring any furniture you have! Massive kitchen with a garden for BBQ's, perfect if you like to have friends over for a summer BBQ!

Smoking is allowed inside and outside the house. I don't smoke so my housemate would try to always smoke with windows open or in the garden.

It's a great friendly home, fully furnished from top to bottom, with plenty of storage space and a safe bike shed.
Residential area with only local traffic, so makes the road very quiet, in a lovely neighborhood.

Excellent transport connections, North Greenwich station (Jubilee line) 10 min bus ride, Southeast train (Westcombe Park station) 10 min walk (15 min to London Bridge), new Elizabeth line 20 min.

Greenwich Park is almost around the corner, just a 10 min walk and 15 min to Greenwich Village where you'll find excellent places to have a good night out and very good restaurants as well as the famous Greenwich Market, an excellent place for a day out :))

Text/Whatsapp Arturo (the lovely guy living in the house) and he'll get back to you asap to arrange a viewing. He works quite a lot (typical of a Michelin chef) so if you try to call he might miss you.
