I am a female home owner looking to share a clean and quiet 5 bedroom family home with garage in North Kensington. There is a kitchen and two bathrooms, one on the same landing as the bedroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen comes with different pots, pans, and utensils. There is a fridge freezer and the usual appliances you will need. Washing machine and dryer available.

We offer parking on the drive outside the house. You can also obtain a permit which will give you access to free parking across the whole Kensington and Chelsea borough.

The bedroom is spacious with a double bed with 2 draws on the side. There is a 4 draw chest for storage.

Unfortunately we do not have a living room but there is an ariel in the bedroom if you wish to bring your own television.

All bills are included with the rent.

You must cater for yourself.
