I'm looking for someone (must be a student) to take over my lease for a studio at Chapter Portobello for £250/week (original rent £270), since I won't be needing to stay until the contract ends. The studio is available for three months from early June (start date negotiable) to the end of August.
The studio is on the top floor and boasts an amazing view, perfect to catch those lovely London sunsets. The room design is very modern with your own kitchen area and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It comes completely furnished with a bed, a desk plus an integrated bookshelf, a big wardrobe for clothes and lots of extra storage space in the whole studio. Kitchen accessories, bedding etc can also be included if you want.
When you move into the building, you will also have access to:

- 24h reception / security
- shuttle bus to the tube mornings / evenings
- social events on a regular basis
There are some shops around including a big Sainsbury's down the street, and the famous Portobello Road is in walking distance as well!
