We have a good sized double bedroom available to rent in our 4 bed house, only 10-12 minutes walk from Ladbroke Grove and White City Station. We're looking to fill the room in early February.

The room comes fully furnished with a bedside table and built in wardrobe and shelves. The house has 2 good size bathrooms, a large lounge/dining area, big kitchen and small garden area.

You will be sharing with 3 girls with busy jobs and social lives, who still enjoy sitting down together to watch a bit of tv with a bottle of wine or go to the pub for a roast on a Sunday. It's a great house and we're looking for a warm, friendly and sociable person who is easy to get along with. Prefer female housemate as you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls.

There is a Tesco Express at the end of the road and the number 7 and 70 bus stop just a few minutes walk. Just a 20 minute walk from Portabello Road, its a great location close to Notting Hill. There are also two gyms close by.

Rent is due on 26th of every month at £645 per calendar month and bills total approx £100 per month per person including a fortnightly cleaner.

The room is available from 15th Feb. References will be required by the agency.
