Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the contract for my room in a 2-bed apartment in a private university halls (university students only sorry!). The room is a single bed but has a courtyard view, great storage with a large wardrobe, a great study desk and chair, a filing cabinet, a shared toilet and separate shower room and a kitchen. Its at Chapter Portobello, just above Notting Hill and right on the canal which offers lovely walks/morning runs/and a great cycle route. My contract is until 02/07/2021 at £210 a week (£25 cheaper a week than advertised on the website!) and includes all bills, a free gym, study space, games area, cinema room, courtyard, access to all other Chapter Halls across London including their study spaces, gyms and rooftop bars, secure bike garage, a 5 minute walk to a large sainsbury’s and a 10 minute walk to Westbourne Park underground.

My flatmate Ana is a lovely Mexican girl studying at Imperial, she’s great for a conversation or drink when you come home from a long day but also respects your privacy if you need some downtime!
