There is 6 rooms in the house across 3 floors, the 5 other housemates currently all women. There are three bathrooms (2 full bathrooms and one with just toilet and sink) and a garden out back.

Currently managed by Built Asset Management, all bills/wifi/amenities included. There will be a one off council tax contribution of £150 required upon signing the contract.

The deposit is the last months rent up front, so you will not have to wait for a deposit back if you decide to move.

8 minute walk to Northfields station, West Ealing station 15 minute walk away. Ealing Broadway station 20 minute walk. Lots of great bus connections nearby

Cleaner comes in once every two weeks, included in rent.
