A large room: Crystal Palace / Upper Norwood

We have a bright and cosy room to rent from April 1. House is located near Crystal Palace Triangle with plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants and such.

We are looking for a calm and tidy professional who is respectful and have no hidden surprises such as excessive booze consumption or parting all nights (at home). Don’t get me wrong, we all like fun, but in the same time we share the same space, so respecting one another is a must.

Wi-Fi, kitchen (a freezer, an electric cooker, an oven and a microwave), living room with a tv and a garden with a grill, table and chairs are at your disposal. It’s a semi-detached house where you can safely park your bike/motorbike.

Thornton Heath station-link to Victoria, Balham Station is 15min away (walking), 20 min to Norwood Junction link to London Bridge (or few bus stops away if you prefer). Crystal Palace / Norwood Junction station has over ground connection to Canada Water.

2 min walk to Grangewood Park.

Occasionally housemates like to entertain with few drinks in the living room, but normally it’s very calm and we would like to keep it in this way.
