Double bedroom available in spacious 3 bedroom ground floor flat for one professional MONDAY to FRIDAY only.

The flat is shared with my daughter and our cat.
We are looking for a quiet professional for weekdays only.

The flat is fully furnished and ready for someone to make themselves at home. There is a huge garden and veranda sweeping the whole back of the house which has incredible views and a mature garden that gets a wonderful amount of sunshine (when it’s actually shining !)
There’s a shared lounge, large bathroom with roll top bath, lovely kitchen with an island and kitchen stools.
The bedroom comes fully furnished with double bed and wardrobe but can negotiate this.
The price includes all bills ( water electricity gas and wifi), and a cleaner that comes twice a month.

The connection into central London is excellent. There is a one stop fast train from Norwood Junction to London Bridge that takes under 15 minutes. You can get to Farringdon, Blackfriars, St Pancras, City ThamesLink and Shoreditch High Street in around 30 mins. There are also good connections to Victoria, East London, East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Brixton, Crystal Palace and West Norwood as well as Sydenham and Penge.

The high street in South Norwood is up and coming and now has a lovely pub, a craft beer cabin/shop, a yoga studio plus a couple of nice cafes and a cake shop! Crystal Palace is within a short walking or bus distance and has plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. There is a small Tesco and large Aldi and Sainsburys all within walking distance of the flat.
