Cosy and quiet single bed room in Norwood Junction area.
Room is fully furnished with single bed, brand new wardrobe with full size mirror and nice wooden desk. There is additional storage under the bed, also chest of drawers (it is not shown in the pictures). Through the windows you can see trees and back garden so it’s always very quiet and peaceful.

House is very welcoming with nice dining room and kitchen. There is enough space to do your cooking and baking. In the dining room there is a large table and comfy chairs to enjoy your meals. Also, big TV with various streaming services and very good Wifi throughout the house. Plenty of space in the kitchen to store your groceries including big fridge and freezer. There is washer-dryer for the laundry as well as ironing board.
At the back of the house there is big and green garden. It is very quiet and private with trees and bushes. Perfect to enjoy barbecue, a book or workout as it is always sunny and bright. There is side access to the garden to store a bike if needed.
There are several big and small parks nearby as well for a nice walk or a jog.

House is located within walking distance from various shops and takeaways. We have Aldi and Coop within 10 minutes, as well as Tesco and Sainsburys bit further down. Also various corner shops and takeaway places within 10-15 minutes of walking. There is very big Tesco not too far as well. Fitness centre with swimming pool is 5 minutes away.

Norwood Junction station is less than 10 minutes away offering very good and fast connection links to central London or airports like Gatwick and Luton. On the opposite direction there is tram station which gives easy access to Croydon or Wimbledon.

You would be sharing this house with other 3 housemates. Everyone is respectful and professional. We like to socialise, share a meal and watch a film together as well as have private time working on our own things or just relaxing.
There is a cleaning rota so everyone is doing their part in cleaning the house during the week to make sure it is clean and pleasant for everyone. Also we make sure we leave it clean after we did our cooking and washing.
I am searching for someone clean, easy-going, respectful of other people’s space but also down for a friendly chat and the occasional dinner/movie night.
As a housemate, you will be responsible for cleaning your space and keeping the communal spaces clean as well, so I am looking for someone serious and reliable.

I am professional working in IT sector. Been working from home since the lockdown but looking to start going back to the office in central London. Been living in this house for over 8 years.
