The house is in beating heart of Notting Hill but at the same time in a chilled out and relaxed part away from hustle and bustle and tourists - it is fully furnished to an exceptional standard in a modern avant-garde style and has a beautiful living room and gallery kitchen with outdoor terrace, perfect for entertaining and for BBQs whenever the sun is out. Overall, it's a unique and brilliant place to live in. The room is very quiet, spacious and comes with a double wardrobe providing lots of storage space and natural light, there is also a private en-suite bathroom with a great power shower.

About me: Bit of a weird mix, I’m English, Zimbabwean, working in the City for 11 years as Trader for a London based hedge fund- in between dreaming about my ideal job of selling surf boards in Costa Rica!! I’m generally quite busy but also very social outside of the office, I’m easy going and love to hang out and have a laugh, a glass of wine, or beer, or binge-watch Netflix like a fiend. I love to travel - anywhere with a beach usually, to read and cook (I make a mean Paella I’m told) I’m friendly outgoing and tidy. I work long hours so love coming back to a beautiful home in the evenings and not just a place to rest my head. Looking to rent and share with a likeminded young Professional.
Bills (EE internet, Spark electricity and gas!, council tax, water, cleaning lady) are around £150-180 per month on top.
