Sadly, we’re Leaving this fabulous flat.

The flat is ideally located in Notting Hill. Within a 2 min walk away, you have the underground and various bus stops/bikes. Everything is very close by (we have Tesco, Sainsbury, Poundland etc. within a 5-minute walk). Portobello market is 3 mins away and Ladbroke Grove only 6. It's a lovely and calm neighbourhood, ideal to wander around with several parks not more than 20 mins away and nice restaurants/coffee shops around, which have finally reopened! There's a lot to do with excellent connections if it's rainy or feel a bit lazy - Little Venice is one of my favourites.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (with all the appliances including 2 fridges, a dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a lovely living room with a dining space, a garden with a barbecue and a car/bicycle park right behind the building. There's plenty of space and storage both in the flat and the room itself.

Our two housemates are professionals in their late 20s to early 30s who work 9-5 on a hybrid basis during the week. We respect each other's personal space. We all keep the flat clean and tidy and are mindful of noise, especially during the week.


Rent is £747.50/month and we pay. around £60 for all our bills and TV licence. The deposit is £862.50 (all protected). The landlords are a lovely couple that live in the UK and are quick to respond whenever we need them to.
