The move in date can be anything between now and 4th Feb 2021. Viewings from now 1st viewing ideally virtual based on Covid19. Once ready we can organise a socially distance but friendly Face 2 Face at the flat.

The location is between Portobello Road and Westbourne Park tube station. The flat itself is of a very good standard. All four rooms are double, we have a large lounge which we spend most of our time in, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and front garden with log burner and BBQ for those late summer evenings; the sun beams in from about 8am until 4pm.

The room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and room to walk around.
The Flat also has a utility room with washer and dryer, and the lounge has a large LCD TV, dining table and 2 sofas.

All carpets have been replaced very recently and the flat has just been painted too!

Our housemate of 1 year is moving out (me); moving to Rome with work. Current housemates - two girls, one English (works in accounting), one Aussie (Social worker), and one French guy (International IT Training).

It's a social house and we generally spend our time in the lounge, but no problem if people are in their room. We enjoy socialising together when we can, but do our own thing.

Looking for an individual to compliment the house. Must be chilled out, clean and tidy but also keen to socialise with other members of the house. We don't want someone who just lives in their room or use it as somewhere to sleep. Our interest range from food, to travel, to sport, to whatever's on TV.

The rent is only actually £680 plus around £70-80 for bills per month, we've just got a great deal for the location and sqft space!

New tenant will need to pay 1 months rent up front, the security deposit (current flat mate (Me) will provide the paid deposit VIA DPS, paid to the letting agency - which you can claim back when you go!). And then the pro-rata'd amount from move in if part month.
