Fantastic one bedroom in Notting Hill

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely one bedroom flat in Notting Hill. It’s not without sadness that I’m leaving it as I’m returning to my native country.

In terms of location, you can’t do better. You will be a 3 min walk to Notting Hill Gate station, 5 min to Westbourne Grove, and 5 to Portobello Road. The property and the windows face Kensington Gardens and Palace Gate. You’re also 10 minutes away from Kensington High Street and Whole Foods, you have a Waitrose on Westbourne Grove, and M&S and a smaller Waitrose on Notting Hill Gate and Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s nearby too.

The property has wooden floor throughout, nice furniture and a nice finish. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and large wardrobe. The kitchen is modern and perfect. The landlord is lovely and very agreeable and will help you should you need anything else (he even put the furniture that I had ordered together for me). You can change the furniture, request some more and I’d be happy to sell some of my furniture, if of interest. The neighbours in the building are also amazing so we have a very nice little community. The café downstairs also is amazing and you’ll get VIP treatment as a neighbour and even room service should you want it 😄.

In terms of availability, it’s available now so a move ASAP would be welcome. Couples are welcome (there are other couples in the building). You’d be taking over the remainder of my 7 month contract if you wanted to or you could decide that you’d like a longer term contract with the landlord. Both options are available.
