Rent free room available in Notting hill

Free accommodation is available for a potential flat mate willing to act as dog sitter whilst I’m at work Monday to Friday, and help a little around the flat. The room is a double and furnished furnished and is located in the heart of Notting Hill

The idea behind is hopefully two individuals who’ve been impacted by the pandemic in very different ways, create a set up that is mutually beneficial. I have been working in a profession which has been impacted by a significant increase in demand treating covid, as a doctor in a global pandemic my job has been very much secure, but it’s also meant a significant increase in my hours, leaving little time or energy for anything else. Free accommodation could be very helpful for someone with the opposite problem, if they are happy to help around the flat, and are an avid dog lover happy to go on long walks and spend time with her.

Before getting in contact please bare in mind that I am very much looking for a flat mate, not an employee. Whilst it is a slightly different set up on offer to your average flat share, I’m looking for an individual in the same way you would look for any flatmate, someone whose a good fit, we’d get along with each other, hang out with in the evenings etc.

Notting Hill Gate tube station is a 10 minute walk, Holland and Hyde park are both a 15 minutes walk away. Portobello Rd is also a few minutes walk away. The large and beautifully maintained private residents garden and is one of the highlights I’m most grateful to have living here, outdoor spaces like this are a rare and difficult find in central London, it is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of central London living!

I am very happy to provide a lot more information, but I’m also mindful that I don’t have a lot of spare time and ask a few things to think about before sending messages expressing interest or requesting more information.
