As two of them are relocating to Scotland, one of our largest studio rooms becomes available.

The studio room is very large aprox 18m2, it has its own kitchen annex with all white goods, massive south facing bay window, laminate flooring and is fully furnished.

The building contains 12 studio rooms (4 on each floor) and the offered room is on the ground floor.
On each floor there is a shared bathroom.

The building is full of character and very modern. It is located 3min walk from famous Portobello, close to great transport links, short stroll from Kensington Gardens and is right in the middle of famous Notting Hill.

We have super fast Virgin Fibre Optic broadband perfect if you are studying or working from home. We also have a laundry room with washing machine and drier.

The cost of the rent and bills including cleaner for communal areas is £1,079 per month for single person and £1,174 for couple.
