Double Bedroom in 2 bed flat -£1083pm Inc Gas/Elec

Hello! I'm renting out one of my two double bedrooms in an apartment in the Notting Hill/Westbourne Park area of central London.

Here's a few details if you're interested:

- 2 bedroom apartment with an open plan lounge and kitchen, and one bathroom. One bedroom is available for a lodger.
- The £1083 rent includes electricity and gas, broadband, TV, water. The only bill I don't include is council tax. If you need to pay council tax, then please add £90 a month to the rent (we're tax band E).
- Fully furnished with TV, sound system, bed, internet, kitchen utilities and equipment etc. You won't need anything in that department!
- Parking permit is available if you need one, its £166 for the year dependent on vehicle.
- The nearest tube stations are Westbourne Park (2mins walk, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines) and Notting Hill Gate (15m walk, Central line) plus there are 24 hour buses running all around the area
- Wonderful area with gyms nearby, the canal & also the famous Portobello road market.

There is an existing lodger in the other bedroom, who is a Physics pHD student at Kings College London. Ill organise for you to meet them before you commit. For references, Id like a reference from your last 2 landlords.
