A beautiful, large family house within a short distance of Nunhead and Queens Road Peckham. We are a small family of three and need a bit more income as I start a Masters degree this month and am not working. The house is spotless, despite a small dog and two cats, all of whom are very friendly. We, a teacher a web developer, are looking for a professional to join us and to be a relatively discreet presence in this happy and relaxed home.
The room is a lovely, very quiet double bedroom which is right next to the bathroom to which you would have sole access.
We have a young son who sleeps through the night.
There is a large and well maintained garden to which you would have full access, as well as a beautiful, large kitchen with an Aga and dishwasher. The tennant has access to the laundry room if required.
