The tenancy for the property is up on the 30th September and the rest of the housemates will not be renewing, so this tenancy is only for 4/5 weeks from august until the end of the tenancy.
I can be flexible up to 4th September on move in date.

I have also put the rent in weeks as it’s a short term let, but it is £830pcm including bills and cleaner on a weekly basis. Deposit not required as it is such a short term let.

About the housemates:

- 3 female professionals 
- 2 male professionals 

The house is fairly sociable but people equally respect each other’s privacy. Age range of the house is between 25-29.
