Large double bedroom in big 3 bedroom house. Available furnished or unfurnished, built in wardrobe however. Looking for a short to medium term tenant with possibility to extend. We're less than a minutes walk to Peckham rye park, 2-3 minutes to Nunhead cemetery and 5 mins to one tree hill. We're a mixed household, I'm an architect and my housemate is a student.

We have a large kitchen with double electric oven and gas hobs. We are both into cooking and often cook together, there is no pressure to do so if you're not keen. We have a cleaner for communal spaces that comes once a fortnight, this is covered in the monthly cost.

There is plenty of room to work from home either in your room or in a shared living space. There is a small garden which we've spent some time on over lockdown. There is space to lock bikes at the front of the house.
