A second room has become available in our beautiful 6 bed house near Nunhead station.

This second room is the split level one. It is large and light on the side of the property with direct access to our quiet garden. The room is furnished with a double bed, small desk, rack for clothes, a sofa chair. and lots of extra spaces on the upper floors.

We have a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dryer, two bathrooms and a decked/low maintenance garden, which is big and quiet.
There is good internet connection, and also a bike garage available for cyclers!

You will be sharing with a bunch of friendly, respectful and tidy professionals (between 30 and 40 y. o.) from a variety of fields such as childcare, graphic designer, student adviser and pub manager.

The house is in Nunhead, which is a very safe and nice area, lots of parks/cemeteries around and great connections - Nunhead station is a 7min walk - and walking distance from Brockley, Peckham, Honor Oak and Crofton Park.

The rent INCLUDES all bills and council tax! So the total is £620 with a deposit of £400 only.

Our ideal candidate would be a friendly, independent and grounded person who would love looking after the house and feel at home; respectful, with some common sense when it comes to overall house maintenance (important: a cleaning rota is maintained on a weekly basis as a responsibility for all housemates)
