Located within Walking distance of Peckham, Nunhead Highstreet and Dulwich, as well as being a stones-throw away from Peckham Rye Park, the property is in a peaceful, community focussed neighbourhood, with plenty of amenities.

The iconic Ivy House Pub is only three doors down, and is an amazing centre for community. It's a community owned pub, with regular and varied events and amazing beer. There are also shops and convenience stores less than 5 minutes walk away.

Stations are a 15-20 minute walk away, or a 4 minute cycle.

The Room
The room is a spacious double bedroom with good wardrobe space and storage. The room is let semi-furnished, and the bed in the pictures can be left in upon request.

The House and Housemates
The house is a 3 bedroom terraced house, home to 3 lovely and friendly professional housemates. There are 2 housemates in the loft-conversion on the top floor, and one on the same floor as the room being let. A large open-plan living and dining room is the hang-out space and the house is very social.
