About Us
A couple and our Cat, Albie. We love music, cooking and chilling mixed with the odd night out! Recently bought our first flat and looking for a flat mate to join us in the second bedroom. Alex is 30 and works as a teacher with disabled children. Bianca is 28 and works in Beauty PR (yes that means our bathrooms are stocked with beauty goodies!). We fell in love with this beautiful flat and canal side area as soon as we saw it and we’re sure you will too…

We really want to find someone who will become a friend and be happy living here. With the property being brand new, we like to keep it tidy and clean but we're definitely not ‘neat-freaks’. We’d suit someone who’s in the middle of the tidy scale plus we’ve got a cleaner so that certainly helps.

The closest station is Hackney Wick Overground – a lovely 8 min walk along the canal. It’s also only a 15 min walk through the Olympic Park to Stratford International & Westfield Shopping Centre. All around us on the canal there are little bars, coffee shops, yoga studios and vintage clothes outlets. Always something exciting going on in the area if you can drag yourself off the cosy terrace. If you take a look on a map, Hackney Wick is surrounded by green space with gorgeous Victoria Park just a 4/5 minute walk away.

Also close to Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, Lauriston Village, Roman Road, Bethnal Green, Stoke Newington and access to the A12.
