Amazing Studio to rent!

Hello! I have a studio to rent from the 10th of August to the end of October. We are very sad to leave this place as there are so many good things about it, however, due to a change of plans related to work we are looking for somehwone to take the lease.

This is a studio in the Collective Old Oak building. The studio comes very well equipped (microwave, TV, desk, wall mirror, wardrobe as well as bedsheets that are changed every 2 weeks). we are also happy to leave a few essentials for the next tenant such as rubbish bins, bathroom shelves, soap dish, etc..

All bills are included (incluiding council tax and cleaning services every 2 weeks). The building has many common (and aesthetic ✨) areas (gym, shared kitchen in every floor, terrace, games room, sauna and spa, library, work rooms, laundrette, etc).

It is perfect for someone or a couple (student or professioanl) who are looking to meet new people as there are many events every week as well as an interactive app to meet and talk to other people who live in the building.

There is a grocery store right under the building; Asda is 20 minutes walk; other shops like boots, superdrug, poundland, iceland etc are also 10-15 min walk from the building.
There are many bus stations in front and around the area. North acton station and wildsen junction station (tube and overground) are also 10-20 min walk.

Note: the price of the studio is reduced compared to the normal price as when I sign the contract had a student discount and the next tenant will keep the same contract with the reduced price!
