Hi there!

We are renting out one room in my lovely loft/flat from 2nd Sept. My partner and I are living in the bigger bedroom, I work in design and art my partner is a software engineer. We are 24 and 29, easy going and hope to find clean and respectful person to share the space with:)! We also have two tiny hairless cats they are very cute and cuddly, hope you are a animal person.

Short-let accepted from 5months onwards. Due to high demand, price is not negotiable, only taking offers at or above asking price.
About the flat:
First floor flat.
Very bright with large windows.
Equipped with high quality laundry and dryer combo, dish washer, bedding, and some cooking appliances you might need.
Furnished with high quality furniture: bed, shelves, bedside table, desk, chair and Wardrobe, cloth rail in the room.

The flat is located in residential area of old street but it’s very convenient to get to anywhere: 5mins walk from old street station, 8mins from Moorgate and Barbican, 12mins from Liverpool station and Farringdon with many buses around:)
