Hello potential flatmates!
We're Gabby and Saby, a couple, looking for a new flatmate to share our home with from December 1st.
The flat is located under 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Station. Moorgate, Barbican and Liverpool Street are also 10-15 mins walk away, so the location is perfect for someone working in the area. there is a Waitrose nearby, as well as Tesco, Sainsbury's a Coop.
The building has a daytime concierge.
Our ideal flatmate would be a professional working regular Monday-Friday hours. We're looking for someone we can have an evening chat occasionally, they would be independent, respectful with a sense for cleanliness.
We will consider a mature student.
Saby works Monday to Friday in an office, I work varied shifts, often starting at 6am, including weekends. We enjoy cooking, going to the gym, travelling occasionally, watching films. We're both vegan, so would prefer someone who doesn't cook meat and fish daily. We also try to be sustainable when possible (recycling, food waste, cleaning product, etc) so it would be great to be on the same page!

The room comes partially furnished with a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared, with a separate toilet. The flat is spread over two floors, the upstairs bit is a semi-detached kitchen and living room, with a lovely view of the Barbican and London Eye.
