Looking for a new sociable, friendly, and clean FLATMATE as of 12th August! The move in date can be flexible between 1st and 12th August.

We are 2 girls, Italian & Polish but we also speak some Spanish:)

Looking for a nice person to join the flat, someone who respects the privacy of others but at the same time someone who is sometimes willing to have dinner/chill together with a glass of wine!

No students and no couples, please.

There is a living room, a small balcony, and some storage space! In the room, there is a built-in closet.

ZONE 1:
-5 min walk to Old Street Station, 10 min to Hoxton overground, Shoreditch
-25 min walk to the City (Bank Station) & Liverpool Street
-stores and a bus stop around the corner,
-2min walk to the Shoreditch Park
-5 min from Regent's Canal

Rent 736.67 pcm + gas, water, electricity, internet, the council tax +small agency fee when signing the contract
