Friendly home 3 min walk from Old Street tube

After having lived here for almost 3 years with these great flatmates and friends, it´s time for me to leave London and start a new adventure!

We are 4 professionals in the fields of design and architecture, and we are seeking a 4th flatmate to join our friendly home after I depart! The apartment is situated really well, right by Old Street/Shoreditch, and a 15 min walk to Liverpool Street. The room will be available from 16th of March, but the starting day can be flexible between mid or end of August.

650pcm includes all bills, internet, heating and council tax. There is a deposit of 760. We are not sure if there is an agency admin fee for swapping our names in the contract. Our tenancy contract can be renewed yearly every September and gently includes a 6 months-break clause .

Room Features:

Double bed, wardrobe, desk (table and chair), open wardrobe and 2 sets of shelving units. I furnished the room myself and so you have the free choice of keeping it or take out some furniture to leave more free space :)
