Short Let Double Room Old Street

Your Bedroom I

Hello!!!

Our flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a person to take over his double room for the month of August!

FLAT:
It is located 3 minutes walking from Old Street station, 2 minutes from the gym/swimming pool and 1 minute walk from the Moorfields Hospital (literally that close, even if you are a slow walker). If you work in the area or close by (Angel, King's Cross), there are direct buses (more than one), taking 10min/20min respectively, You are 25 minutes away from the city centre by bus too. Needless to say you would be living in Eastside London (15 minutes walking towards Shoreditch), so if you are into art, hipster/millennial stuff (brunches, flower markets, hidden clubs, ....), this is probably where you should be living. The flat is on the 15th floor of a Council Building, so the view is amazing, either from the living room, balcony or your future room :).

US a. k.a. your future flatmates:
You would be living with two Portuguese female professionals, super chilled and friendly (at least this is how we see ourselves) and with regular working hours. We know each other for quite a long time, so the atmosphere in the house is awesome; I would say it is quite normal to switch on the projector to watch a movie or listen to some jazz from the record player whilst enjoying a glass of wine/beer together with a cigarette.

ROOM:
About the room, it comes furnished and it is a middle sized double room (London standards), hopefully the pictures do it justice. If you like what you see just drop us a message!

YOU:
Normal. + clean and friendly.

LOGISTICS:
We are looking for a person for one month; 867£ includes the rent and all the other amenities (internet, water, electricity, council tax, basically everything). The price is not negotiable as it is super fair.

MARKETING/SALES PITCH:
The flat is really well located, the room is super cosy and your flatmates are pretty chilled.
