I'm after a couple or individual to take the ensuite bedroom in this beautiful duplex apartment, where I've been living for the past two years. The apartment is on the 5th and 6th floors of the Lexington Building, and looks out over Bunhill Fields to the City.

- Less than a minute's walk to the Old St underground station (Northern Line, National Rail), and around a ten minute walk to Moorgate (Northern Line, Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City, National Rail).
- Virgin Active and Gymbox gyms are both within a 5 minute walk.
- There's a Sainsbury's over the road, a Co-Op on the other side of the roundabout, and a Waitrose around ten minutes walk away.
- Shoreditch High Street is around a ten minute walk east.

I work moderately long hours, have a pretty active social life, and travel regularly (both for work and for fun), and so you'll often have the place to yourself. That being said, I'm after flatmates who are good company, good conversationalists, and generally decent human beings.
