Hi there! We have a great room to rent in our friendly and easy-going flatshare in Hoxton/Old St!

The flat is really nice and it is located in a great area.
The flat has a separate kitchen, a shared living room with a balcony, bathroom and a separate toilet, with 4 bedrooms in total.

It is located within 8 minutes walk to Hoxton Overground Station and 15 minutes walk to Old Street Station, so it is really easy to get anywhere. We are located on a quiet street in Hoxton, so there isn't much noise, but we are just a 5-minute walk away from bustling Shoreditch, which offers a range of amazing bars and restaurants.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a comfortable desk and chair. Bonus point: is a south-facing which means you'll get some sun directly in your room.

The rent is £658 per month, excluding bills. Bills include gas, electric, water, internet, council tax and WiFi and usually comes to about £70/80 a month.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and clean housemate, ideally in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties.

So far it is a British/Italian flat, which makes us an interesting mix! We are all very positive and friendly people, great to chat or go out with.
