Bright Double room Old St stn/Shrditch, fiber Wifi

Hi, we have recently painted and redecorated our flat and have an amazing double bedroom to rent. The flat is furnished and rooms have a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. The living room furniture has changed a little from the picture (different but similar table, and mirror) but its still lovely.

The flat is spacious for 2 people and has a shared living room very bright and big windows. The light in the living room is beautiful in the morning and we used to sunbathe and BBQ on the communal walkway in the afternoon. There is one tenant there, Lucca (female, 29, professional with a small, house trained cat) and we're looking for one other person for 2 months for the end of Lucca's tenancy (then we will let the flat as a whole).

The flat is a stone's throw from Old street station, shoreditch and Angel, very near a ton of restaurants and bars (which hopefully we'll all enjoy soon!!). Internet included, other bills not.

It is also a very short walk from Shoreditch park where there's a big foolball pitch, lots of green spaces and a beach volley court which I used to enjoy a lot

This is a cracking flat in the 4th floor (no lift unfort!) but great location and condition. It's ex council, hence it's so affordable in this amazing location.
