Studio Flat at Scape Shoreditch

This is a studio at student accommodation Scape Shoreditch. I unfortunately have to move out of this beautiful room because I work too far away, so I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my contract.

The studio is in the heart of London, 2mins away from Old Street tube station and loads of bus stops 2-3mins away to take you anywhere you wish to be. There are thousands of restaurants, beautiful cafes, shopping centers and grocery stores nearby, you can never get bored in this area! The room comes with an induction hob and a microwave, an en-suite bathroom and heating that can be adjusted as high or as low as you wish.

Maintenance and cleaning services are always available. There is CCTV on ground, a 24/7 available reception for any help needed and an online security key to access the building. The price includes usage of the social areas, study rooms, gym and garden terrace. Scape organizes weekly events as well, which usually have free food and drinks, which helps if you wish to socialize with the rest of the people in the building. Otherwise, the rooms are nicely soundproof so minimal noise is heard from your neighbors!
