The flat is a 5 minute walk to Old street station and a 15 minute walk to Angel/Moorgate/Liverpool street. Bank is a 25 minute walk.
The flat itself is a 2 bed on the second floor in a very modern new build apartment complex. It includes a concierge, a gym, pool and sauna room!
The room is available furnished with a double bed (with under bed drawers), a bed-side table and a built in wardrobe.
There is a very spacious bathroom that would be for your own use, with a bathtub.
The kitchen and living room are open plan, spacious with big windows and great lighting.
Bills are very reasonable at around £100pm.
I have been living in the flat for a year and will be occupying the other room. I am a professional working in the City (WFH 2-3 days a week). I am clean, easy going and friendly. Looking for a flatmate who enjoys spending time together but also respects each other’s space. I like the flat to be a quiet space where I can wind down and relax after a long day of work.
