I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious en suite room, just a few minutes’ walk from Old Street Station.

The room is exceptionally large, with plenty of space to work from home and relax. The room also has private access to a garden, which is a great bonus for the area.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly professionals. Everyone is respectful and generally keeps to themselves, but people are always up for a chat, drinks, or watching a game together.

The location is ideal for commuting, with the Northern Line at Old Street providing quick access to Moorgate, Bank, London Bridge, and other major office hubs.

Please note: There is a mandatory upfront bills package covering all utilities and a weekly cleaner for communal areas:

* £799 every 6 months, or
* £1,299 annually
