Hi there! I have a cosy double room available in my Old Street flat.

The room comes with:
- a comfy double bed
- chest of drawers
- built in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

The flat:
- big living room
- large open plan kitchen with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer.
All bills are included except:
- electricity & gas
In total it's £830 a month + half the electricity & gas bill, so around £870-890 a month in total.

The location:
It’s on the ground floor of a council estate:
- Only a 7 minute walk from Old Street Station
- Angel is a 15 minute walk away
- For anyone working in the City, Moorgate is 15 minutes on foot, Liverpool Street and Bank are also in walking distance.
- Hoxton and Shoreditch are pretty much on your doorstep.

A bit about me:
I’m 35, female and work in tech. I’m into eating out and working out. I’m always up for a chat over a cuppa or dinner every now and then.
