1BR/Private Bathroom in 2BR/2BA, Private Patio

I've been living in this flat in a building owned by my friend from uni since 2016. It's the largest flat I've lived in, at 1163 square feet. My boyfriend and I share one bedroom/bathroom, and my roommate who currently has the other bedroom/bathroom is moving out by 31 January 2021 at the latest. Move-in date negotiable.

The available room has a private bathroom with full bath and separate shower, its own closet as well as a shared closet in the hallway, and is fully furnished (everything except sheets/towels). There was only one previous tenant before I moved in so the flat still feels new. The flat has a large private patio which has been clutch since lockdown, and the building also has a huge communal rooftop. There are only a handful of flats in the building so we have more than we need in terms of protected/isolated fresh air and outdoor space!

Council fees for the flat are approximately £140/month, £30-40/month for electricity, and £37/month for Internet. The landlord pays for water.

The building was completely refurbished/redesigned in 2014 and used to be a warehouse (and still contains a tie factory in the lower level) so it has high ceilings, industrial windows, an expansive living room/kitchen, and lots of storage space.

I am a lawyer/yoga teacher from the US who has lived in London since 2015 and my boyfriend is a Croatian economist who is into film and photography. As roommates, cleanliness (shoes off), hygiene, and consideration for others are important to us. I occasionally teach yoga classes via Zoom from the living room, you are welcome to join!
