My current flatmate is moving so I'm looking for someone to replace him ASAP ! It's a large double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat, fully furnished with a lot of natural light, so nice and sunny.

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, 2 minutes walk from Old Street Station in Zone 1. Lot of bars, restaurants and shops around and Sainsbury just downstairs.

Really clean apartment fully furnished, with bathroom, kitchen/living room and washing machine to share with myself.

About me, I am a 29yo french guy working in finance in the city. As a housemate, I am clean, considerate and easy going. I enjoy going out for drinks, checking out what London has to offer and travel (I'm away at least 1 week end per month).

Looking for similar minded people who is clean, tidy, easy going and sociable. No couple, no pet.

Price is 760gbp per month without bills, count 100gbp per month for council tax, gas&electricity, internet, water. 1 month rent deposit needed which is secured. There are no agency fees.
