We have a large double room in a large, modern, well-kept house available for rent.

Its four double bedroom house over four floors, offering a good size living room, modern kitchen, three bathrooms, a utility room with washer/dryer, wooden floors, high ceilings - and even a Jacuzzi room!

Your bedroom on the first floor a large and bright double room with ensuite. There is great storage with large built in wardrobes and a lovely feature fireplace. If you are in need of furniture, I would be happy to leave my bed/bedside tables/book shelf/bathroom storage unit for £100 as I will otherwise sell them.

The house is a 4-minute walk to Kensington Olympia (Overground), a 7-minute walk to West Kensington tube station (District), and 7-minute walk to Barons Court tube station (District and Piccadilly Line). We love walking down by the river in Hammersmith or going to the beautiful Holland Park nearby. Unbeatable location in my biased opinion!

The bedroom is available since I am moving to Germany after 7 years in this great house! You'll be living with a great bunch - Sean (a Civil Servant) and our two resident Irish - Niall (works in the cake business - great freebies) and Kate (a teacher). A great gang who all enjoy spending time together but also doing our own thing.

Bills are not included in the rent, but they come to about £60-90 a month (energy, internet, water, and council tax Band G - sorry, its a big house!)

Room available from approx mid September onwards. £1,050 a month, with a £1,118 deposit.
