The room - Large bright room fully furnished room. The room is rather spacious with a big window facing the residents only courtyard. Fully furnished and lots of storage space. You would be sharing a bathroom with only one other flatmate (Sandy) as the other flatmate (Hanna) has an ensuite.

The flat - It's a very spacious modern three bedroom flat within East Village. It includes an open plan kitchen/living room - a balcony to enjoy with the nice weather! There is also underfloor heating and a beautiful communal courtyard for all residents.

The flatmates - 2 lovely female professionals who are respectable and clean. Both respect each others private lives but are sociable and enjoy a chat over some wine and the occasional takeaway. One works in Digital Marketing and the other in Public Health.

The area - The flat is in the heart of the Olympic Park with plenty of space for outdoor activities and access to the Wetland park. It is 5 minutes walk from Stratford International station, with a 10 minute walk to the London Underground, overground, DLR, TFL, and Airport Bus Links. Westfields, and a range of independent bars and cafes are also on your doorstep.

Monies -£900 Rent per month, including hyper-optic broadband. Bills are in addition about 100 ish per month.
