Luxury room in East Village - Couples only!

Hello! I am looking for a couple to move in with into a 2 bed brand new flat in the Olympic Park Stratford The photos uploaded are examples taken from the website, and an example video (sent to me of a similar flat that is now taken). I don’t yet have photos of an exact flat because In order to reserve a flat I first need to find a couple to move in with to occupy one bedroom with private bathroom, before being able to see which flats are available for viewing (they come up ALL of the time)!

A bit about me.... my name is Eve, I’m 28 and originally from Leicester but been living in the London area for around 3 years. I work as a PE Teacher in a secondary school, and have lived in the East Village before (so I know it’s amazing)

In order to qualify to move in you have to be able to provide references and pass canopy rent checks, and be earning 30x the monthly rent per year collectively. (It’s not much, and we can do the maths in a private message!!)

I enjoy keeping fit, cooking, watching documentaries and going out doing cool things! LGBTQ+ friendly.

Inbox me with a bit of information about you and if you think we would be a good fit! I would most likely be out for a few night per week at my partner’s flat so you would have some days with the flat to yourself.

I have more experience of living with males and its worked well hence writing males preferred but if you are a couple of any other genders then please still inbox :)

Fast fiberoptic wifi is included in the rent and the bills are on top (if you're both happy to be in charge of bills even better but we can discuss )
