Hi! I’m looking for someone to move into my flat in Stratford right opposite the Olympic park. The room is super nice and modern, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bed, wardrobe and bedside tables are included. There is a shared open plan kitchen/living room with plenty of natural light and storage plus a balcony with a stunning view. We have all the amenities you’d expect and the flat is on the middle floor of a very nice high rise building. 24h concierge and gym also included for those so inclined!

The flat is located about 5 mins from Stratford tube station and Stratford International, and 3 mins from all of the shops in Westfield. Council tax band is D. The rent split between 2 people is £1190 plus bills works out about £1385 per month.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and I love it! I’m an entertainment journalist and I spend a lot of time out of the house, but I also like nights in from time to time. I appreciate my own space but I’m also very friendly and down to socialise too. I’m looking for a professional with a similar pace of life who is responsible, chill and fun to be around.
