My housemate has moved out of London for work so I am looking for someone to take her place in our flat in Oval. The flat is in a great location on a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from Oval station and 10 minutes from Stockwell. Brixton and Clapham are also in walking distance.
The flat has a large living room, bathroom and separate kitchen with dining space. The bedroom is a good size and comes furnished with a king size bed with storage underneath, chest of drawers and clothes rail.
Rent is £775 per month + bills (£135 per month).
We have been living here for 3 years and the flat was fully refurbished just before we moved in.
I'm a civil servant based in Westminster but currently working at home, looking to share with someone easy going who is happy hanging out but also doing their own thing.
The room is available from 1 September but we can be flexible with dates.
