Zone 2 room to let -2 mins walk to Northern line

Location:

- Very central (Zone 2). 2 minutes walk to Oval tube station (Northern line). From the flat, Victoria train station is 16 minutes away, 12 minutes to Bank and 23 minutes to Kings Cross. Northern line operates 24 hours over the weekend.

- 1 minute walk to Puregym.

- 5 minutes walk to Tesco express. 4 stops on the bus to Lidl.

- Great farmers market directly across the road every Saturday.

- 1 minute walk to Kennington Park.

Flat:

- Large lounge. TV. PlayStation. Plenty of room to dry your clothes so you don't need to dry them in your room.

- Large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The guys very rarely cook so you will often have the kitchen to yourself.

- 1 Large bathroom. 1 separate toilet. Never had any issues with us trying to use the bathroom in the mornings.

- Cleaner once a fortnight.

- Heating is excellent

- Bills come to roughly £100 per month

Room:

- Very comfortable double bed.

- Large wardrobe. Desk, chair, mirror.

Flatmates:

- You will be living with two friendly, relaxed guys in their early/mid 30's. We all have busy schedules and aren't always around that often but will always chat and catch up with each other when we're at home together.

Lease:

- Our lease ends in February however the boys remaining have been in this flat for several years and plan to stay and renew so am open to a 2 month sublet until then but am ideally looking for someone to take the room and sign onto the renewed lease. I have been in the flat 2 years and have really loved it and it's central location but am moving to Australia, otherwise would be renewing the lease with the guys again.
