2 huge, bright rooms in Oval

2 very large, bright rooms available in a unique secure house, less than 5 minutes walk from Oval tube station!

I’m looking for two new housemates in this three bedroom house in Oval. The house is totally unique (an old warehouse conversion) - a very large living room and kitchen diner take up the ground floor, opening out on a small secure courtyard (great for storing bikes).

The first floor of the house has the 2 available bedrooms, along with a large bathroom that’s shared between them. No tiny box room in this house - both bedrooms are very big, with floor to ceiling windows and come fully furnished. Bedroom 1 has a walk in wardrobe.

Second floor of the house is my room with an en-suite - and a very large balcony which I’m always happy for everyone to use. There’s also a big boiler room as well for drying clothes etc.

There’s a few good pubs within walking distance, Brixton a 20 min walk, and Clapham around 25 mins, or a short hop on tube or bus. It’s also only a ten min journey on the tube straight in to Central, and the night tube runs on the Northern line at weekends.

A bit about me - I’m an Office Manager, 34, and have lived in the house for 3 years. I’m a super social person so out quite often, but definitely past the age of raging house parties every weekend! The guys that live there currently (26, 28) are both moving out to live with friends (as our contract ends June 12th), but it’s always been the sort of house where people have dinner or a bottle of wine together if we’re in, but also come and go as we please...looking to carry that on with new housemates :)

The boring details bit: you’d be signing a new one year contract from June 13th, so have security that it’s long term. It’s a direct relationship with the landlord, who is lovely and very responsive. No huge agency fees either, just a small referencing fee.
All bills are included, with an amazing cleaner twice a month.
