A little bit a bout me:
I'm 38 years old and I work for a software company. I'm gay, but currently single, and lead quite a busy life. I do a fair amount of traveling for work and play. When I am home, I do love cooking and occasionally having people over. The roof terrace is great for BBQ's in the summer and serves a gorgeous sunset on a clear day.

In terms of interests, also head to the gym a fair amount during the week and socialising with friends around London. Originally from South Africa and lived in the UK for 17 years now, so this is definitely my home now.

A little bit about the house, rooms and what I'm looking for:
I love love love the house and this means I love to take care of it. My expectation is that my room mates will have the same view. Things like wearing no shoes in the house, washing up after yourself as well as packing away are all things that come natural to you.

There are two bathrooms in the house. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower which the smaller double room person will share with me. The downstairs shower and toilet forms part of the en-suit for the large double room available.

I'm looking for some one who is clean, tidy and will respect the place treating it like their own home. Not looking for some one who just closes their door and does not socialise. Not looking for a best buddy either....but certainly some one friendly who is keen to be part of the house.
