Double room in three-bed flat in Oval

The House:
Good-sized kitchen with lots of storage space and a dining table and four chairs, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, but no living room. There are three bedrooms/two other flatmates in the flat.
We’re located at the back of a small block of flats on Brixton Road (we get the convenience without the noise). There’s key-pad gated entry and bike storage.
Oval’s a nice area with some cool bars and cafes, as well as a zero waste grocery shop. There’s a market on Saturdays and we’re really close to Brixton, Camberwell, etc.
The closest tube is Oval (Northern, 5-10 minutes walk) and Stockwell not too far behind (Northern and Victoria 10-15 minutes walk). Brixton and Vauxhall are about 20-25 minutes walk each and there’s an abundance of bus stops with buses that go everywhere, including to most central London areas in <45 minutes.
There’s a lovely handyman that lives next door who’s available to help with emergencies.

The Room:
Size: roughly 3.8m x 3.4m
Rent is £545.00 per month and bills come to about £100 a month including a fortnightly cleaner in the communal areas. There’s a deposit of £780 and the room is available any time between 1st and 19th November.

Flatmates:
Luke and Max, professionals working 9-5 in central London. Vegan and vegetarian, Luke is into the usual food / drinks / travel / outdoors / London life and Max is into pubs / climbing / travelling.
The contract is for 12 months and we are looking for a vegetarian or vegan aged 26-36, working full time 9-5. The flat and the area immediately outside are non-smoking. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
