Large bright double room in beautiful shared home

Hello! We are looking for either a couple, or single person to move into our largest bedroom. The vibe here is very homely, warm and familial and we would love to find people, or a person, who is going to add to that - hang out, cook and eat together and be part of our lovely home.

The house is a massive Edwardian terrace with enough space for us not to feel cramped at all. It was previously lived in by the family who own it and has been made to feel like a proper home so doesn't feel at all like your average buy-to-let rental.

The bedroom is stunning - huge floor area with exposed wooden floorboards, high ceiling, double windows out onto the front of the house and the room opens directly into a palatial bathroom. There is a double bed and the option to keep the wardrobe and table (if you want to bring all your own furniture that's fine). This is also the only bedroom on the 1st floor.

There are two shared bathrooms and a wonderful open plan kitchen/dining room/living room down in the basement where there is also a pantry, laundry room and additional toilet. There is also a cute little spare room for any visitors we may have with a balcony overlooking the garden (which has a large picnic table and BBQ)

We are a mixed bunch between 28 and 41 from America, England, the Netherlands and Germany, working in medicine, film and brand design.
