Hello there! We’re looking for a nice housemate to move into our friendly house-share.

The house itself is a stunning, five-storey Georgian terrace situated in Oval, and with much of it having just recently been refurbished!

The house has five bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), a very large bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower, and a second separate toilet. Plus, (the best part), a quiet and sunny garden, with a BBQ for the summer months!

The room available has just been completely redecorated! It sits on the top floor of the house and comes fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, shelving and a desk!

Our location is fantastic for transport. We're literally just 30 seconds walking distance to Oval tube station, only a 10-minute walk to Vauxhall station and heaps of buses right on your doorstep. You can walk to Brixton, Clapham, Victoria, Waterloo and the Southbank in 40 mins so we've got good connections to theatres, bars, cinemas, nightlife, etc nearby too (once restrictions are further eased!)

Nice restaurants, pubs and good supermarkets all within close walking distance. Farmers market over the road on Saturday. Plus, we're a stone's throw from Vauxhall City Farm. What more could you want?

The room is available from now. The bills come to around £75-£100 per month, and there we have a lovely weekly cleaner as well.
