I’m Sam, I bought this flat about a year ago and have been living with my current flat mate since then, she has just bought her own place (about a 5 min walk away because she liked the area so much) so I am looking for a replacement! An ideal new housemate would be chilled, tidy but also happy to have a few drinks at the weekend. I’m fairly big into sport and if you fancy a gym buddy I’m always (reluctantly) keen. Here is some general info about the place:
Availability: Available on 22nd March for a 6 month contract, there may be possibility to extend but this isn’t not certain yet.
The Flat: Fully furnished to a high standard, it was refurbished about 10 months ago so bathrooms/kitchen/carpets are all new, it has a good size kitchen diner, large living room, plenty of storage and a lovely south facing garden with a hot tub!
Location: A 6 min walk from Oval which is on the northern line (9 mins to Bank, 5 mins to central Clapham), a 10 min walk from Vauxhall (for national rail into Waterloo and the Victoria line). There are also plenty of buses on Clapham road (2 min walk). There is a small Tesco close by as well as shops by the station. It’s also a 12 min walk to nine elms where there is a huge Sainsbury’s (with Argos/habitat etc).
The Room: Large furnished double with Eve mattress and a small en suite.
